Breakfast's Paul Henry has made the UK Telegraph’s Top 20 list of the world's 20 best moments of uncontrollable laughter on television. He is the only person to feature on the list twice. TVNZ has withdrawn its bid for the 2011 Rugby World Cup. The state broadcaster met today around a new joint bid to be led by Maori Television. Teddy, the short film about love, relationships, and a teddy bear is to be released on DVD next month. The DVD will be available from the film's website for $14.95 and comes with bonus features including commentary from the cast and crew. Ratings for both networks late news were up on last month's average after the evening’s developments in the Aisling Symes case. TV3's Nightline had 230,620 viewers last night up from September's average of 172,210. On TV One's Tonight there was a similar jump from September's average of 153,000 to 221,640.
