If you’re spending Christmas in the Bay Of Plenty join Mark Eagle from 6am on Christmas Day on Radio 1XX across the Eastern Bay Of Plenty and Kiwi 89 FM Te Puke for some fun and laughter with all your favourite Christmas hits and some fun Christmas songs and as always a chance for the kids to ring in and tell us what Santa left for you in your Christmas stocking or make a Christmas request on 306 1242 or toll free on 0800 30 86 22.

From 7am to 8am Suzy Cato has The Great Big Kids Christmas Show. Rebecca Young has some more Christmas hits and fun surprises all afternoon from 12pm to 6:30pm.

From 6:30pm we wrap up Christmas Day in the Bay with a Far Out Christmas – a selection of groovy holiday tunes and fun Christmas comedy hosted by Archer, the former host of The Beatles Basement programme which ran on 1XX and Kiwi FM from mid 2008 to late 2009. 1XX and Kiwi 89 FM are the only radio stations in New Zealand to have this special Far Out Christmas programme.
