Michael Buble’s Christmas special on TV3

Multi-Grammy winning artist, Michael Buble celebrates the release of his new Christmas album, by headlining his first television variety special, Michael Buble’s Christmas, screening on Saturday, December 17th at 7:30pm on 3.

Produced by Ben Silverman (The Office, Ugly Betty) and Lorne Michaels (Saturday Night Live, 30 Rock), Michael Buble’s Christmas will feature Buble performing hits from his latest Christmas album, combined with sketch comedy segments.

“You want to write something that comes from the heart and that you feel can stand up to those great songs of the past and I think we did,” Buble explains about the Christmas songs he’ll be performing.

Including special guest appearances by Justin Bieber, Oscar the Grouch, Thalia, Puppini Sisters and more, Buble promises the special will be unmissable Christmas viewing for the whole family.

“Knowing that I’ll be invited into people’s homes for such an important holiday, it’s a big deal to me,” he says. “It’s a huge honour. I’m really sentimental about that holiday.”
