TVNZ Heartland logo revealed

Channel surfers may have noticed a new channel on their Sky decoders today.

There is nothing on it yet, but Channel 17 will become the new home of TVNZ Heartland from June 1.

Fashion TV has moved to Channel 66.

    Very disappointing that this will be a pay tv program only. Lots of people don’t have sky, why not put it on Freeview instead? Perhaps they don’t want most of us watching it?…..isn’t it a bit.strange that a Government owned television service puts something with local content only on a pay tv system? perhaps not……

    I DISLIKE the theme song on the Heartland Ident. It is simply awful. It makes me cringe. I’m not old for that rubbish! But the channel is simply marvellous, however.
