Laura Turner is leaving TV3.
Turner, who was voted best reporter by visitors to this website in this years Dan News Awards is returning to Melbourne for a reporting position with Channel Nine.
“Melbourne is my home and, while I’d never planned to come and go from New Zealand so quickly, I am excited about returning to the city I know and love.” she told Dan News.
Turner said she had learnt a lot from her colleagues at TV3 and will miss the team, and the city of Auckland.
“Working for Channel Nine will be immensely challenging and rewarding and I cannot wait to get stuck into it” she said.

What a shame… TV3 finally gety a credible repoter and they can’t hold onto her. What is going on in that newsroom? Time for Jennings to retire I think!!
