Miss World on TV2 this Sunday

This week TV2 brings viewers exclusive coverage of Miss World 2009, on Sunday at 12pm. Held in Johannesburg, South Africa, the 59th beauty pageant will feature 19-year-old Cantabrian Magdalena Schoeman, representing New Zealand.

On Monday’s The Mentalist, at 8.30pm, Patrick Jane (Simon Baker) and the CBI team go to Hollywood to investigate the murder of a movie producer who it appears was involved with some illicit dealings.

TV2 sees the season finale for two shows on the roads this Thursday evening. At 7.30pm on Crash Investigation Unit, a car has collided with a power pole in the suburbs, and the passenger is severely injured. The single-car crash scene isn’t complex itself – but where is the driver? Following at 8pm, Motorway Patrol finds the police caught in a car chase through suburban streets following a stolen jeep, and a new excuse for being caught out for speeding.
