Steve Gray has been dumped as host of Good Morning on TV One.
Newstalk ZB is reporting the decision was made to help TVNZ save money.
Gray, who has hosted the show with Sarah Bradley and Brendan Pongia for two years, says he will comment on his departure after his contract ends at the end of the year.

Now who’s gonna do the aerobics? He’s hilarious in that
Did anyone watch that anyway?
Well, it’s offical. They will have to call it “Morning” now.. Cos it sure won’t be any good. Steve was something fresh and fun on TV. Maybe he can host Sunrise?!
Well that sucks. He’s the most entertaining host they have. Guess I’ll only be tuning in for Astars segments now.
It figures. He’s their best interviewer, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
The whole show is just an informercial piece of crap. The only people that watch are those unemployed or sick. Scrap the whole show and save some serious green.
it is the biggest money making show for TVNZ

TVNZ continues it’s mission to deliver bland mediocrity to our screens. He’s far too talented and original for them.
I agreee with scott its just informericals pretty much and who watches it ive watched once or twice it sucks
Steve is bright, witty, and brought energy to the show…the only reason I watched. I will now drop this show from my viewing and hope the ratings drop as well
Good journey bro and thank you.
Well this show hasn’t improved, just the same old awful presenters. Miss Steve so much.Where can one find the ratings for this dreadful programme.
