And the winner is… The results of the ‘Dream News Team’ poll

Well, it sure was a tight race in all categories of the dream team poll.
Mike Mc Roberts held out a late surge from Simon Dallow fans, winning by just 3 votes. Interestingly, John Campbell was a close 3rd.

There was a more comfortable gap for Hilary Barry when it came to the other seat at the news desk, winning by nearly 40 votes. Judy Bailey received 3 votes.

Clint Brown and Tony Veitch topped the list of who you would most like to see reading sports news, interesting since both of them no longer do this. Tony Veitch managed to get at least one vote in every category, including weather. There must be some true die hard fans out there. Rod Cheeseman was a close third.

It was another photo finish when it came to weather. A last minute front of Hickey fans blew away the Toni Marsh voters. There were a few sprinkles of votes for others like TV3′s Penny Ydgren. One voter remarked “Penny what’s her face….HELLO!” I think we know what he is suggesting.
