Sky returns after hours off air

Sky TV has resumed normal transmission after technical issues had more than half of its channels off air. 

Sky are yet to comment on what caused the outage.

This is not the first time Optus D1 has caused problems for the broadcaster. When the satellite was launched, a manufacturing fault meant most in house decoders had to be re-programmed.
